POWERFUL THOUGHTS

"Love never fails, my son;

today or tomorrow or ages after,

Truth will conquer.

Love shall win the victory.

Do you love your fellow men?"

PROVERB EXPANSION

EAST OR WEST,  HOME IS THE BEST

All are attached to their homes.  We cannot forget the place where we spent our childhood. Just the thought of it itself brings fond memories in our mind. We are forced to live in other countries for livelihood. But how can we forget our native land. The sweet remembrance of it vibrates our pulses when we remember our home.  A bird leaves its nest early in the morning in search of food but returns to the same place at dusk.  Except our house, all places give us only a short-term happiness.  Western countries are noted for their comforts of life while eastern countries are known for their culture and civilization. An easterner cannot get happiness until he returns home. Westerners also experience the same.
All this shows that home is the best place to live in.

PROVERB EXPANSION

A BAD WORKMAN QUARRELS WITH HIS TOOLS

Man invented tools for the betterment of his work.  But if he does know how to use it, the tool is useless.  We see children often complaints his writing instruments for his bad handwriting.  A bad runner blames his shoes or the umpire for his  bad start. He may be either lazy or ignorant.  Actually in order to show his smartness he pass the mistakes on others.  A person can become a good workman by practice and perseverance.

INSPIRATIONAL WORDS

"Do not try to lead your brethern, but serve them.  The brutal mania for leading has sunk many a great ship in the waters of life."

BLUE BLOOD

BLUE BLOOD:

It is the translation of the French 'Sang Blue'. It means of high aristocratic descent.  But the notion is Spanish.  The old families of Spain who traces their pedigree beyond the time of the Moorish conquest. say that their venous blood is blue, while that of the common people is black.

The colour Purple

PURPLE:

There is a legend about Hercules.  As per the legend, one day Hercules went for fishing. He took his dog with him. The dog caught a fish called parpura. When Hercules saw the colour on the dog's mouth he was delighted with the beauty of the hue.  He informed this news to all his courtiers. The people also caught the a liking for the colour. They mixed paints to match this colour. The colour later came to be known as purple after the name of the fish parpura.

"Even the greatest fool can accomplish a task if it is after his heart. But the intelligent man is he who can convert every work into one that suits his taste. No work is petty."
